Salem man injured in single vehicle crash in Autauga County | News
A single-vehicle crash at approximately 3:50 p.m. Wednesday injured a Salem man. The crash occurred on U.S. 82 at the 142.5 mile marker, about one-half mile west of U.S. 31.
William Sykes, 54, was seriously injured when his 2006 Peterbilt tractor left the roadway, went down an embankment and overturned. Sykes was flown by Life Flight to Baptist Medical Center South for treatment.
No additional information is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
