Soccer Team Named Grand Marshals | Events

The City of Prattville has announced that the Prattville 11 and under Boys soccer team will serve as this year’s grand marshals for the city’s annual Christmas parade, scheduled for this Saturday, December 1st at 4:30pm. This year’s theme is “Blue Christmas.”

“Prattville is now the home of a State Championship soccer team. Many months of dedicated hard work and sportsmanship from the children, coaches and parents made this victorious season possible and we are excited and proud they will lead our parade,” said Kellie Cook, Special Events Director for the City.

The parade route will begin at the Autauga County Courthouse, turning left on 4th Street. The entries will then turn left onto Washington and right on Wetumpka Street. The parade will then turn right on Northington Street and continue to Main Street, where the entries will continue through the downtown area. The parade will end at the Autauga County Courthouse.
